Majors Pool collects the information you provide when creating an account, including your email address, display name, and optionally your mobile phone number for SMS verification.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to operate the Majors Pool service: authenticating your account, delivering notifications you have opted into (email, push, and SMS), and displaying your profile within pools you participate in.
SMS and mobile phone numbers
Your mobile phone number is collected only when you choose to enable SMS notifications. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
AWS, which powers our SMS delivery, does not share end user phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., AWS for infrastructure and message delivery).
Data retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
